Customer Satisfaction Guarantee

At Med 360 Pharma, customer satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of every product we distribute. If you are not fully satisfied with your order or if an error has occurred, we're committed to making it right subject to the conditions outlined below.

Eligible Returns

Returns may be accepted if the following conditions are met:

  • • Product stored according to manufacturer guidelines
  • • Item remains sealed in original, undamaged packaging
  • • Product is within its valid expiration date
  • • Item purchased directly from Med 360 Pharma
  • • Return request submitted within 10 days of delivery
  • • Return authorization (RA) number obtained before shipping
Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return:

  • • Expired, opened, or damaged items
  • • Products labeled as non-returnable at time of sale
  • • Products not purchased directly from Med 360 Pharma
  • • Returns sent without prior approval or RA number
Returns Process

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support Team or email us. A representative will guide you through the process and issue a Return Authorization (RA) number along with a list of approved items for return.

Steps to Return:

  1. Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the return package
  2. Include a signed copy of the return authorization form inside the shipment
  3. Only return items listed and approved on the authorization form

Once we receive and inspect the returned products, credit will be issued to your account within 30 business days.
